CIT Seeks Presenters, Vendors and Sponsors

Annual event is August 2nd.

The North Reading Community Impact Team (CIT) will be sponsoring its annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2nd at Ipswich River Park 5:30p-7:30p. National Night Out is a free event focused on strengthening North Reading by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners. The goal is to heighten crime‐prevention awareness, build support and participation in local anti‐crime programs, and promote safety issues. A rain date of August 9th has been set.

The CIT is seeking professionals and groups to host tables and presentations on safety, law enforcement topics and community resources. The group is also seeking sponsors for the August 2nd event. Table space for vendors are also available free of charge. Approved vendors, presenters, and sponsors should be providing information to families on matters related to the event.

For more information on how to be a vendor, presenter or sponsor at this year’s National Night Out, contact Amy at northreadingcit@gmail.com or call 978.357.5281.
