Kitchen Fire on Wright Street in North Reading

North Reading, MA - A fire was reported at a dwelling on Wright Street in North Reading around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

There was smoke and fire coming from a house at 12 Wright Street, possibly in the kitchen, according to reports.

An ambulance from Lynnfield was on the way to the scene at 4:45 p.m., according to scanner reports, for a patient with minor burns.

By 4:50 p.m., the fire had been knocked down and crews were checking for extensions in the house.
