Haunted Playground This Sat. Night

Great family night out. Appropriate for young kids, not scary. Come hungry, we'll have a lot of good food.

Eat, drink and be scary at the 21st Annual Martin’s Pond Children’s Haunted Playground on Saturday, October 17th from 5:30-9pm. It is a kid friendly event and is not too scary for young children. Bring your appetite – there will be clam chowder, Horseshoe Grille pulled pork, vegetarian chili, hot dogs, pizza, cotton candy baked goods and other goodies.

The festivities begin at 5:30 when food, the prize-every-time games and Madam Kaye’s fortune telling open. Search for scavenger hunt items hidden throughout the park. A costume parade will be held for children in costume on the basketball court at 6pm. Guided haunted tours start at 6:30. Tours run in ticket purchase order so buy your tickets early. Tickets are only $5. Kids under 3 are free. Henry the Juggler will perform shows at 6:45 and 7:45.

Catch a free shuttle from the Stop & Shop Plaza on Route 28 in North Reading. There is plenty of free parking.
