Helen Zonghetti Passes Away

Worked for many years as a candy packer for Schraffs and Stowaway Sweets.

Helen E. “Chicky” (Anzalone) Zonghetti of North Reading, died May 17th. She was 85.

Beloved wife of the late John Zonghetti. Mother of Debra Reynolds and her husband Edward of North Reading, John Zonghetti and his companion Lisa Greenhut of Newton and Lisa O’Connor of Billerica. Sister of Anthony Anzalone and his wife Frances of Saugus and the late Marie Gagliardi. Sister-in-law Yolanda Gravallese of Lexington. Grandmother of Nicole and Steven. Helen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28), North Reading, at Reading line on Monday, May 22nd at 9:30 am. Funeral Mass in St. Theresa's Church, 63 Winter St. (Rte. 62), North Reading at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 3-7pm. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen’s name to a charity of your choice. Helen worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield after working for many years as a candy packer for Schraffs and Stowaway Sweets in Marblehead. She was all about her family and enjoyed social events and special times with them.

There's still time to send flowers to the Visitation at the Cota Funeral Homes from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on May 21.
