Griswold was a beloved teacher for more than thirty years. His passion for educating, his sense of humor and his quick wit made him a campus favorite. His strength of character, positive outlook and humble nature helped him overcome many obstacles. He was a friend to all he met. His great accomplishments were his sixty-three year marriage to his wife, Pat (Patricia), and the seven children they raised. He beamed with pride any time he talked about his family.
