The Lion of the Year award is given to the LAER employee who best embodies the spirit and attributes of LAER’s trademark lion during its annual ROAR Awards ceremony, which showcases individual agents and teams who have achieved exceptional results in the field of real estate.

The company award is voted upon by over 400 LAER agents across The Bay State. Sullivan, based in LAER’s North Reading office, has more than 30 years’ experience as a professional real estate agent, and credits her success to a marketing campaign aimed at attracting the most qualified buyers and negotiating the best prices and terms for her clients. She leads a three-person team, which also won the prestigious diamond award during this year’s awards ceremony. The Diamond Award for LAER teams of three agents or less is presented to teams who have sold a minimum of $20 million in annual real estate sales or have completed at least 90 transaction sides.
