Level 3 Sex Offender Registers North Reading Work Address

North Reading, MA - The North Reading Police have been notified by the Sex Offender Registry Board and the Arlington Police Department that Level 3 Sex Offender Richard Bursey, Jr has listed 84 Main Street in North Reading as his work address.

Bursey was found guilty of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen in 1991.

Bursey is not wanted by the police. All the information that the North Reading Police are authorized to share by Massachusetts General Law is posted on this bulletin.
