Make Sure To Cast Your Ballot Tuesday
North Reading town election Tuesday and polls open at 7 a.m.

There are no hot issues, no contentious races. But that doesn't mean voting isn't important.
North Reading residents head to the voting booth Tuesday for the annual town election. Five positions are up and all six candidates already know the outcome. They won.
It starts with the Board of Selectmen where Kathryn Manupelli and Stephen O'Leary are both running for re-election and the two open seats that carry three-year terms. John Murphy is running for re-election as Town Moderator and is unopposed. Richard McGowan is running for a three-year seat on the School Committee. Bill Bellavance Jr. is running for re-election to the Community Planning Commission and is unopposed for that three-year seat. Charles Carucci is running unopposed for a five-year term on the Housing Authority.
