North Reading Resident Joins Peabody Properties as Marketing Director

Full-service real estate management firm, Peabody Properties, Inc., today announced that North Reading resident, Adriana Guzzo, will join the firm as Marketing Director.

As Director of Marketing at Peabody Properties, Guzzo will provide executive oversight and direct marketing and leasing initiatives for all properties in the firm’s portfolio. With more than 18 years of experience in marketing, leasing and managing multi-family properties, Guzzo brings an innovative approach to her new role at Peabody Properties. A designated National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and certified Trainer through the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), Guzzo is a member of NEAHMA’s Marketing and Public Relations Committee and serves on the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Rental Housing Association Education Committee.

Prior to joining Peabody Properties, Guzzo spent 12 years at Winn Residential, most recently serving as Director of Marketing. Earlier in her career, Guzzo was a Property Manager at General Investment & Development Companies (GID). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Assumption College.
