North Reading LAER Office Receives Award at 2nd Annual Roar Awards

Boston, MA – May 4, 2016 – LAER Realty Partners, the third largest real estate company in Massachusetts with 22 locations and more than 400 agents, is proud to announce the winners of its 2nd annual ROAR awards. ROAR, the distinctive sound of LAER’s signature lion, stands for Recognizing Our Accomplished Realtors.

The ROAR awards showcase individual agents and teams who have achieved exceptional levels in annual real estate sales and transactions. In addition, two special honors are awarded to individuals who go above and beyond for their fellow agents and represent the essence of the LAER brand.

Categories include the Founders Club Award and Lion of the Year Award, and the Diamond, Sapphire and Ruby awards. The awards are presented to individual agents, teams of three agents or less, and teams of four agents or more.

The Diamond Award for LAER teams of three agents or less are presented to teams who have sold a minimum of $20 million in annual real estate sales or have completed at least 90 transaction sides. This year’s winner is the Janice Sullivan Team out of the North Reading office at 162 Park Street.
