At the time of this post, there are only 12 North Reading single family homes for sale - there is a definitely a significant housing shortage and we are in a SELLER’S MARKET.

HOME PRICES IN NORTH READING
The average single family home sales price is $588,208. That is up $49,000 from the same time last year!
* Single family home prices ranged from $272,500 to $1,220,000 last quarter.
* Three sales were new construction properties.
HOW QUICKLY ARE HOMES SELLING?
Last quarter, 56% of North Reading homes sold in less than two weeks and average 25 days to attract an offer (DTO). That’s about 38% faster than the same time last year.
