North Reading Police Issue Level Three Sex Offender Notification

The North Reading Police Department is issuing a community notification of a level three sex offender. David Nickerson has notified the Sex Offender Registry Board that 111 Lowell Rd, Apt. 111 is now a secondary address for him.

Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 6, Section 178C, a “Secondary Address” is the addresses of all the places where a sex offender lives, abides, lodges or resides for a period of 14 or more days in the aggregate during any calendar year and which is not a sex offender’s primary address; or a place where a sex offender routinely lives, abides, lodges or resides for a period of 4 or more consecutive or nonconsecutive days in any month and which is not a sex offender’s permanent address. Under the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Law, police departments are required to actively disseminate Level 3 Sex Offender information.
