A 73-year-old North Reading man was charged with with lewd and lascivious conduct after an alleged incident at the North Reading High School/Middle School project earlier this month.
Police charged Edson Larkin, 73, of North Reading, and he was arraigned in Woburn District Court. He was released on personal recognizance and will be back in court in January.
"The investigation revealed that no student, faculty, or staff at the North Reading Middle School or High School, were involved in the incident," said North Reading Police.
