North Reading Rotary has been involved in town service projects for 50 years. Many generations of local residents can remember the All Night Party that Rotary provided for a safe environment for seniors on graduation night. In addition, North Reading Rotary has completed many other local service projects including refrigeration units for the local Food Pantry, scholarships, and recently installing a beautiful patio area for the Peabody Court Housing residents plus it has supported numerous causes over the years.

As times have changed, so has Rotary. North Reading Rotary supports many service projects locally and globally that no one ever hears about. Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

On the larger scale Rotary is 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

If you, or anyone ou know would like to participate in the upcoming visit to NECHV, Rotary will be carpooling from Kitty’s parking lot.
