In addition, all of our therapists are also specially trained in the New England Baptist Spine Rehabilitation Program “Back Boot Camp” which is an internationally recognized approach to back pain. Police responded, but the person in the white van had already left the area.</li><li> At 4:13 p.m., police arrested Luigi Fusco, 50, 6H Forest Acres Dr., Bradford, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, speeding and failure to signal when turning or stopping. Police made the arrest on Main Street.</li></ul> <h2>Friday, Oct. 26</h2> <ul><li>At 8:38 a.m., a rental car company employee reported finding a previously reported stolen car in the Walmart parking lot.</li><li> At 10:11 a.m., police cited an Andover man for texting while driving on Main Street. He was also given a verbal warning for not possessing the vehicle's registration.</li></ul>
