Rain Postpones North Reading Varsity Day

From our friends at the North Reading Little League:

With inclement weather predicted for Saturday, May 19, the North Reading varsity baseball team and North Reading Little League have postponed "Varsity Day." The NRHS varsity game scheduled for that morning against Pentucket has been moved to Friday, May 18, at 3:45 at Carey Park. Youngsters are still encouraged to attend the game and cheer on the Hornets as they drive toward a state tournament bid.

"Varsity Day," which invites all NRLL players to a day of instruction and fun with coaches and members of the high school varsity team, will be rescheduled for early June with details to follow.
