RCB Hires Kayla Drelick as a Banking Specialist
Drelick will help North Reading by processing new account transactions, and assisting customers with financial services.

North Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank is pleased to add Kayla Drelick to its North Reading branch as a Banking Specialist II. Some of Kayla’s essential duties will include helping with day-to-day operations and maintaining customer relations by finding the best financial solutions and services to match individual needs.
Kayla comes to RCB from Santander Bank Haverhill, MA, where she held the title of Universal Banker. While at Santander, Kayla’s job duties included opening new accounts, servicing loan applications, and building relationships with customers. Before joining Santander Bank, Kayla spent time as a Customer Service Associate at Eastern Bank in Andover, MA. Kayla is a Mill Cities Leadership Institute graduate and has been heavily involved in the City of Lawrence. Kayla hails from Methuen is a part-time fitness coach in Dracut, MA, and is also an avid runner. She recently joined BNI of North Reading to become more involved with her new community.
As a Banking Specialist Kayla will be helping North Reading by processing new account transactions, assisting customers with financial services, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Kayla will report to Mike Walbourne, the North Reading Branch Manager.
