Tina McKinney Named VP, Human Resources at Newton-Wellesley Hospital
North Reading Resident to Oversee All Aspects of HR Program and Collaborate with Partners HealthCare

Tina McKinney has been named Vice President of Human Resources (HR) at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. In this key leadership role, McKinney will oversee all aspects of Newton-Wellesley Hospital’s HR program and collaborate closely with Partners HealthCare system leadership in support of system-wide initiatives.
McKinney is a seasoned human resource professional with more than 20 years of experience primarily in the financial services industry at Bank of America and Fidelity Investments. Most recently, McKinney managed her own consulting firm, KBM Solutions, which provided strategic HR support to non-profit organizations. Prior to KBM, she worked in the medical device industry at Greatbatch/Lake Region Medical.
McKinney received her undergraduate degree at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and her Masters of Education at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She currently resides in North Reading with her family.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital provides a wide range of services, including medical, surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiovascular, emergency, orthopaedic, neonatal, pediatric, hematology/oncology, and psychiatric care. Newton-Wellesley has been serving its community for over a century. The medical staff of the Hospital includes nearly 1,000 physicians practicing a full range of specialties. NWH is a major teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine and has established post-graduate training programs for Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital residents, teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School.
