1. Water and sewer rates public hearing
The Board of Water/Sewer Commissioners will hold a public hearing March 7 p.m. at 166 John Scott Blvd. to consider and act on the increase of current water and sewer rates effective for billings on and after June 1, 2013.

2. Norton Track NightΒ 
Marathon Sports will hold Norton Track Night in Mansfield Crossing 5 to 8 p.m. Receive 20 percent off all items and get free pizza and drinks.

3. Cancer Support Group meeting
Sturdy Memorial Hospital holds a Cancer Support Group meeting every third of the month 7 to 8:30 p.m. in conference rooms A, B and C. The group is free and open to the public. For more information, call the oncology department at 508-236-7010.

5. High near 41, low around 26
Today it will rain, snow and sleet, becoming all rain after 11 a.m. New snow and sleet accumulation of around an inch possible. Patchy fog is expected after 10 a.m. Temperature high will be near 41.
