NORTON, MA —Before sitting down for one of the biggest meals of the year, Norton residents will have a chance to embrace nature and reflect on what they are thankful for.
On Sunday, Nov. 22, Land Preservation of Norton Inc. will host its Gratitude Walk at Woodward Forest from 11 a.m to 3:30 p.m.
Residents can enjoy a self-guided walk through the forest, with the route typically taking 30 to 60 minutes to complete. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and provide information along the way.
Participants are also welcome to bring a pumpkin to share with woodland animals.
Parking will be available on Gateway Lane.
The event offers residents an opportunity to learn more about Woodward Forest and or simply enjoy a peaceful walk outdoors before the holiday festivities begin.
