Matters for a discussion of Pablo Picasso on Wednesday, July 23 at 2:30 p.m. Jane
Blair, artist and owner of Art Matters, will offer an in-depth look at the life
and work of the revolutionary Spanish artist. Art Matters is an art awareness
program that aims to entertain and educate people with and about art. This
