Art Matters to visit EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton

Art education and awareness program Art Matters will visit EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton on Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 2:30 p.m. Jane Blair, artist and owner of Art Matters, will lead a discussion on post-impressionist artists and their work.
