Registration is underway for Slugger Wiffle Ball, a fun 7-week instructional program, where everyone plays and everyone wins, sponsored by Norton Parks & Rec. Here's all the info you need to get involved:
Who: Slugger is for 4-year-old boys and girls. Your child(ren) must be born between 5/1/08-4/30/09 to play on a Slugger team. (For insurance/liability reasons, we cannot accept applicants younger than this. Boys and girls older than this age range are eligible to play in various NYBS divisions.)

When: The program runs Saturday mornings 5/4-6/22/13 (excluding 5/25). Games are at 9AM and 10AM (schedule is yet to be determined).
Where: Everett Leonard Park (6 Parker St, Norton)
How: To register your child, go to the NYBS website (https://www.nortonbaseballsoftball.org/eregister.php). Space is limited so register now!
Cost: $45/child (NYBS is donating all proceeds to Norton Parks & Recreation / Everett Leonard Pool)

Snowflake Social (formerly the Father/Daughter, Mother/Son Dance)
Registration is also open for the Snowflake Social! Join us for an evening of entertainment and music with The Men of Many Hats, Steven Bishop. Enjoy the magically transformed gymnasium and cafeteria for pizza and refreshments. All other relevant info is below.
Who: Norton students in grades K-5, accompanied by an adult/family member
When: Friday, March 1, 5:30-8:30PM
Where: Norton Middle School gymnasium and cafeteria

Cost: $20/couple, $25 maximum per family (please make check payable to "Town of Norton" and mail to 70 East Main St, Norton, MA 02766). There will be no tickets distributed, but a guest list will be kept at the door.
