Bruce Hambro to present at open house at EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton

EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton will welcome historian Bruce Hambro for a look back at the life of legendary Judy Garland during an open house on Saturday, March 7 at 1:30 p.m. A former history teacher, Hambro now devotes his time to delivering lively and engaging programs on famous entertainers and musical composers.
