Bullets Brought to School, B&E and Bomb Squad
The following information about recent local police incidents was supplied by the Norton Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 8:
9:32 a.m. - Plain St.
A principal reported a student at LG Nourse Elementary brought bullets to school. Police responded and recovered two rounds of ammunition. Police reported they will be speaking with the parents of the student. All units cleared.
5:16 p.m. - E. Main St.
A caller reported a motor vehicle accident in front of Wheaton College. Three vehicles were involved and one minor injury was reported.
Oct. 9
4:27 p.m. - S. Worcester St.
Police responded to a reported breaking and entering into a residence at at 249 S. Worcester St. The apartment was reportedly trashed.
4:52 p.m. - S. Worcester St.
Police responded to a breaking and entering into a residence at 432 S. Worcester St. The suspect allgedly came through an unlocked door.
Oct. 10
8:23 a.m. - Bay Rd.
A suspicious package was reported on the side of Bay Rd. A bomb squad was notified and responded. Explosive reportedly already was expanded. All units cleared.
10:53 p.m. - Norton Glen Rd.
A caller reported six adults were yelling and pounding on the door of two apartments.
Kathleen Hennessey, 29, of 6 Holmes St. Apt. 6 was arrested for suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering at night-time for a felony.
