The Norton Historical Society will be holding a Flea Market&nbsp; on Saturday, September 12th.&nbsp; Time: 8am to 2pm
&nbsp;Thinking of selling your treasures? We are looking for vendors to set up with us in the backyard of the Old Schoolhouse at 18 West Main St., Norton. If you would like to reserve a space with us, there is a $20 fee payable on the day of the Flea Market. Or just show up on the day of the Flea Market.&nbsp; Bring your own tables and chairs and enjoy the company!

Join us rain or shine for a community cleanup event where all proceeds benefit Smokey Chestnut Farm Rescue. We are accepting bulk trash, e-waste, and scrap metal including appliances, electronics, and large household items. Donation amounts vary by vehicle type and load, ranging from $30 for e-waste up to $80 for large SUV dumpster loads.

We are thrilled to welcome Brenda Sullivan, of the&nbsp; Gravestone Girls, for an eye-opening presentation. Discover the rich history, hidden art, and evolving symbolism carved right into New England's burial grounds. Whether you are a history buff, a genealogy enthusiast, or just curious about the stories beneath our feet, this event is for you!
This program is funded in part by a grant from the Norton Council, a local agency which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

This is a four session class. &nbsp;October 8, 15, 22, and 29. &nbsp;We will learn about the exploration of the Moon from the first lunar landing through the recent Artemis mission. Weather permitting, we will look at the Moon and other astronomical objects through the telescopes at the Wheaton College Observatory.
Professor Timothy Barker has been teaching astronomy at Wheaton College since 1974.
