Please join us as Norton resident Alan Ames shares his journey into standup comedy from his beginnings at a Providence bar to the one-hour show he now performs at Senior Centers all over New England and beyond. He will talk about how he gets his ideas for material, how he structures his jokes and routines, and how he interacts with the audience.

Alan will also perform excerpts from his routines and do Q&A at the end.
