A resident of Bridgewater since 1986, has served as its elected Town Clerk from 2015 until April of 2024; she currently serves on Bridgewater’s Town Council, and also serves as President of the 125-year-old, private non-profit, Bridgewater Improvement Association.</h4>

Join us rain or shine for a community cleanup event where all proceeds benefit Smokey Chestnut Farm Rescue. We are accepting bulk trash, e-waste, and scrap metal including appliances, electronics, and large household items. Donation amounts vary by vehicle type and load, ranging from $30 for e-waste up to $80 for large SUV dumpster loads.

This is a four session class. &nbsp;October 8, 15, 22, and 29. &nbsp;We will learn about the exploration of the Moon from the first lunar landing through the recent Artemis mission. Weather permitting, we will look at the Moon and other astronomical objects through the telescopes at the Wheaton College Observatory.
Professor Timothy Barker has been teaching astronomy at Wheaton College since 1974.
