Coronavirus: Norton Issues Resource Guide For Residents
Norton has created a guide for residents to support local businesses and donate to local causes during the new coronavirus health crisis.

We are all experiencing difficulties during this unprecedented public health emergency. Many Norton residents and businesses are experiencing serious financial hardship. I ask that those of you that are able to help, please consider supporting your fellow residents as well as the Norton businesses that have so generously supported our various Town and School fundraising efforts over the years.
One way that you can help your neighbors in need is through financial contributions. The Cupboard of Kindness Food Pantry, open the first and third Monday of the month, provides much-needed food assistance to residents. Another option is the Norton Veterans Fund, providing assistance to veterans who are experiencing financial difficulties, and the Norton Cares Fund, providing assistance to residents that are experiencing temporary financial hardship.

There are also local establishments that depend on our patronage. If you need something, you are urged to shop local businesses. When you can, order takeout meals to support Norton restaurants. Many establishments have converted to take out only, curbside pickup, and delivery.
Social/physical distancing guidelines have impacted us all, but it is not forever. Though it is difficult, please continue the practice. We need to flatten the curve and hasten the end of this virus. It is better to isolate ourselves so that when we get back together, no one is missing.
