Art Matters, an art awareness program whose mission is to entertain, stimulate and educate people with and about art, will return to EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton for a presentation on early American art on Wednesday, March 16, at 2:30 p.m. The presentation will focus on art from 1776 through 1900, when American artists had their roots in European tradition but they were also exploring with the independence of the growing national spirit.
