Mastering Meditation with Kathryn McGlynn, CH

Have you always wanted to be able to meditate, knowing on some level that this practice would benefit your whole life?  Have you tried, unsuccessfully, to stop the chatter in your mind until you finally gave up? 

Maybe meditation isn't so mysterious and unattainable after all!  Millions of people meditate successfully daily.  Why not you?


Meditation helps quiet the overactive thinking centers of the brain, bringing clarity of perception accompanied by feelings of joy, inner peace and connection.

In this class, facilitated by Certified Hypnotist Kathryn McGlynn, you will learn how to make meditation an easy and simple activity that will be yours to call upon whenever you want.

Topics include concentration, relaxation, and meditation techniques; exploring a meditative lifestyle; and self-awareness through meditation.

Several forms of meditation will be experienced. Even if you have felt you could never meditate, you will leave with the confidence that meditation can easily be incorporated into every aspect of your life.


Bring a small pillow and light blanket, if desired.  You will be invited to stretch out and relax.
