Some students have reported that the Broker exam can be difficult so it will probably be necessary to do additional study on your own. You should bring a highlighter and notebook and be prepared to take notes during the lectures. The Course Manual and all handouts are included in the tuition. Once you pass the broker exam you may continue to work for another licensed real estate broker or work on your own and supervise other real estate agents.
