Executive Decision, formerly Executive Decision North America, is proud to announce their nationwide relaunch!!

Executive Decision was founded in 2007 by CarrieAnne Doucette-Lapides, a seasoned Finance & Accounting Recruiting Manager, who also brought 15 years’ experience in Event Management & Hospitality within the IT industry to the company.

The principal partners took a brief hiatus from staffing services during 2010-2012 to focus on providing clients with full time event management services which lent itself to building their Hospitality client base.

One of Executive Decision's clients, conglomerate Floors & More, owned & operated by Vinnie Virga decided to merge their entrepreneurial forces and combine their passion for people and improving other's quality of life. The two share a work hard/play hard philosophy. The partnership is magnetic & refreshing to Corporate America.
