Fred Meltzer to perform at EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton

EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton will welcome rock musician Fred Meltzer for a performance on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 3 p.m. Meltzer is a guitarist who loves to write music that makes people smile. He has been performing rock and acoustic rock along the South Shore and beyond for 35 years. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
