
HarborOne U®, one of the country’s first centers founded by a financial institution devoted to financial education, life and career support services and small business assistance, today announced it will sponsor a series of financial literacy programs designed for youth at Plymouth Public Library (132 South Street). The popular Piggy Bankers and Saving Make “Cents” programs will run for three weeks in July and are open to the public.
Piggy Bankers is a series of parent-child activities for children ages 3-5 that introduces children to the concept of money through stories and play. Children will learn about making, spending and saving money. This series will run Monday, July 8th, 15th and 22nd 2013 from 10:15 -11:15 a.m. Younger siblings are welcome.

Saving Makes “Cents”, designed especially for children ages 6-8, is a fun interactive learning program that covers the origins of money, saving and budgeting. This program runs Monday, July 8th, 15th and 22nd 2013 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
