Β The arrest that day was made after a forensic examination of Lucierβs computer revealed child pornography in Lucierβs possession. Lucierβs computer was seized as a result of an investigation in May 2010 when Lucier was previously charged with two counts of possession of child pornography as well. After seizing the computer, investigators discovered that Lucier was also manufacturing the child pornography himself, while assaulting two girls under the age of 14, who were known to him.
Lucier was released on a $2,500 cash bail.
