Man Found Unconcious, with Drugs in Dunkin Donuts Parking Lot
Christopher Pierce, 39, of Norton, was placed under arrest for possession of a Class A substance (Heroin) and four counts of possession of a Class E substance.

At 2:10 a.m. Thursday morning, Patrolman David Schepis encountered man slumped over his steering wheel from apparent drug use in the East Main Street Dunkin Donuts parking lot.
The operator of the vehicle appeared to be unconscious, but Schepis was able to wake the operator. Schepis also observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Β The operator, Christopher Pierce, 39, of Norton, was placed under arrest for possession of a Class A substance (Heroin). He was also charged with four counts of possession of a Class E substance. In his possession were 199 pills identified as Alprazolam, Carisoprodol, Suboxone and Doxepin.

Β Pierce was arraigned this morning at the Attleboro District Court. Schepis was assisted by Patrolman Rachel Mailloux and Sergeant Stephen Desfosses.
