Mueller was placedΒ under arrest, due to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Attleboro District Court. In 2012, Mueller was charged by Mansfield police for breaking and entering and larceny.

After an investigation, it was determined that Mueller was the male trespassing on the Anna Way residence. Norton Police charged him with attempted breaking and entering, trespassing and disturbing the peace.

Mueller is being held at the Norton police station on $500 cash bail and will appear in the Attleboro District Court on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
