Norton Among Safest Massachusetts Communities

Norton was recently named among the safest communities in Massachusetts. Its property crime rate is less than one-tenth of a percent.

NORTON, MA β€” Norton, with its property crime rate of just .06 percent, was recently named among the top 20 safest communities in Massachusetts.

"The Safest Cities in Massachusetts 2016" is based on FBI statistics and other data, according to backgroundchecks.org.

Norton was ranked No. 18 in the Bay State. North Attleboro was No. 1.
