Norton Man Among 2 Arrested For Drugs In Boston Traffic Stop: MSP
State Police allegedly found 28 grams of cocaine and strips of suboxone when they pulled the vehicle over and searched.

BOSTON, MA β A weekend traffic stop led to the arrest of two men with cocaine, police said Thursday.
Julio Balbuena, 30, of Norton, and Ivan Flores, 45, of Lynn were arrested after a Trooper pulled over the red Infiniti they were driving Saturday night. The car didn't have head lights or a proper registration sticker, police said.
Police allegedly found 28 grams of cocaine and strips of suboxone in a search of the vehicle and the men. Balbuena was the driver and Flores, who police said initially identified himself as Nerf Jezer Mejia, were arrested.

Flores, who was identified via fingerprints, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws, a warrant, fugitive from justice on a court warrant, furnishing a false name, possession of a class B substance, and failure to beat a seatbelt. He was held on $40,040 bail.
Balbuena was charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws, and he received a citation for a motor vehicle lights violation and missing registration sticker. He was held on $2,040 bail.

Both men were arraigned at Dorchester District Court Monday.
