Jerome Burke of Norton formerly of Sharon died July 3, 2012 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Nina (Feldman) Berke. Devoted father of Michael Berke and his wife, Meredith, of Sharon and Tami Decelles and her husband Moe of Mansfield. Cherished grandfather of Cameron, Alex, Jack and Charlie.

Services were held at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington St, Canton, Thursday July 5, 2012. Interment was in Sharon Memorial Park.Β In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to American Cancer Society , 30 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701

Shirley A. (Richardson) Swallow, 74, of Norton, formerly of Naples, Florida and Shrewsbury, died on Sunday June 24, 2012 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Philip B. Swallow, to whom she was wed on June 1, 1957.
Born in Worcester, MA on Aug. 26, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Werner and Alita (Riel) Richardson. She grew up in Auburn and was a graduate of Auburn High School.
A retired real estate agent, Shirley was the owner of the former Swallow Realty Co., a business she had operated in Shrewsbury for over 20 years.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her adoring family and was also an avid worldwide traveler.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted children: Linda A. May of Blackstone, Philip S. Swallow of Virginia and Donna M. Biteye and her husband Ibrahima of Norton.
The dear sister of Marjorie Hedlund of California, Marion Kravas of Florida, Mary Alice Zanazzi of Texas, Harold Richardson of Worcester and the late Verner Richardson, she is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Erica, Justin, Amanda, Joel and Abigal, great grandsons: Aidan and Lucas, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services were wheld on Saturday, June 30, at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St. (Off Route 140, Taunton Ave.) Norton. Burial was in the Timothy Plain Cemetery, Norton.
In lieu of flowerβs donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
