Saturday, Aug. 13
1:17 p.m.: Shelly Road, general disturbance. Neighbor dispute.
9:11 p.m.: South Lakeview, harassment/threats.

Sunday, Aug. 14
2:39 a.m.: Fieldstone Circle, suspicious condition. Gunshots heard in area.
3:02 a.m.: Olympia Street, general disturbance. Noise complaint for small party. Peace restored.
4:57 a.m.: Reservoir Street, harassment/threats. Neighbor has spotlight shining in residence from property. Issue resolved.
8:58 a.m.: W. Main Street, general services. Illegal dumping of insulation.
9:31 a.m.: Ledge Road, field investigation. Illegal dumping at Woodland Meadows. Items removed from dumpster and subject received civil citation for defective equipment (tail light).
5:40 p.m.: Bay Road, suspicious condition. Employee reports male subject intoxicated. Left with friend.
8:06 p.m.: W. Main Street, vandalism. Subjects smashing glass on property. Glass and debris cleaned, youths sent on their way with parents.
11:30 p.m.: Bay Road, breaking and entering of a residence.

Monday, Aug. 15
12:00 p.m.: S. Washington Street, motor vehicle accident.
8:26 a.m.: Seminary Way, vandalism. Egged house. Resident believes it may be retaliation for broken bottles behind the Yelle School.
1:06 p.m.: W. Main Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Caller reported side window of house was broken and there was a shoe in the living room. She doesn't believe anything was taken. Attempted break, no entry gained. Evidence obtained.
1:59 p.m.: E. Main Street, sexual harassment.
2:06 p.m.: Alder Road, fraud/embezzlement.
3:40 p.m.: W. Main Street, motor vehicle accident.
3:55 p.m.: Faith Way, general disturbance. Walk-in reported that her neighbor was causing disturbances; noise and other complaints. Peace restored.
7:33 p.m.: Oak Street, motor vehicle accident. Fire hydrant damaged.
10:16 p.m.: Carpenter Road, breaking and entering of a residence. Caller reported hearing noises from the back slider door.
10:48 p.m.: Pine Street, domestic disturbance.

Tuesday, Aug. 16
6:41 a.m.: W. Main Street, suspicious condition. Male looking in dumpster for donuts.
9:04 p.m.: Boxberry Road. Police arrested Stephen J. Roque, 55, of Godfrey Drive, and charged him with lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
9:45 p.m.: Reservoir Street, general disturbance. Noise complaint for idling truck.

9:38 a.m.: Taunton Avenue, by-law violation.
4:18 p.m.: W. Main Street, motor vehicle accident.
10:24 p.m.: Margaret Drive, general disturbance. Fireworks in area.

10:55 a.m.: Jacobs Way, vandalism. Screen cut, but no entry made.
8:27 p.m.: Lincoln Street, assault.

Friday, Aug. 19
1:56 a.m.: Walker Street. Police arrested Paul J. Miller, 19, of Country Club Way, and charged him with marked lanes violation, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
3:46 p.m.: Norton Glen Road, harassment/threats. Verbal argument with residence in complex.
4:33 p.m.: Buttonwood Road, suspicious condition. Caller requested an officer to check on a strange male who keeps coming to her residence.
4:55 p.m.: Hill Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Homeowner chased suspect. Nothing in the house looked disturbed, but there is a backpack that came off subject with jewelry in it.
2:06 p.m.: Police arrested Gregory Flynn, 51, of Lincoln Street, and charged him with assault with a dangerous weapon, over $250 in malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
9:26 p.m.: Holmes/Burt Street. Police arrested Sandra J. Kingsbury, 54, of Norton Glen Road and charged her with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.
