Norton Police Log: July 2 - 5

Continuing last week's trend, there were a few reports of mailbox vandalism.
In an unrelated incident, a number of arrests were made, as police received a report of youths gathering with alcohol on Harvey Street.

12:23 a.m.: Harvey Street. Police arrested the following for possession of liquor under the age of 21: Devon Elizabeth Giblin, 20; Shannon B. Doyle, 20; Jessica Flannery, 18; Andrea Giglio, 17; Keith Henry Perry, 17; Colin Ahern, 18; Patrick Hillman, 20; Ian M. Mallor, 18; Peter J. Danko, 19; Derek A. Schwartz, 18; Conor L. Regan, 18; Scott Fraatz, 19; Christian Aaron, 19; Devin C. Askew, 20; Tyler Nordbeck, 20; John Leahy, 18 and Andrew D. Ethier, 19.
1:43 a.m.: W. Main Street, domestic disturbance.

10:07 a.m.: Norton Glen Road, general disturbance. Custody issue.

10:20 a.m.: Old Colony Road, assisted Attleboro Police Department.
5:11 p.m.: Mansfield Avenue, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Caller reported $25 missing from his unlocked motor vehicle.
7:56 p.m.: Mansfield Avenue, larceny. Caller reports $40 drive off.
8:10 p.m.: John Scott Boulevard, motor vehicle accident. Car versus telephone pole. No injuries. National Grid advised.
8:44 p.m.: John Scott Boulevard. Police arrested Arielle Kleinsmith, 24, of Providence, R.I. and charged her with marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Monday, July 4
1:22 a.m.: Johnson Drive, vandalism of several mailboxes.
4:32 a.m.: Mansfield Avenue, motor vehicle accident. Car versus deer.
7:12 a.m.: Laura Lane, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Computer taken.
10:49 a.m.: E. Main Street, shoplifting.
9:23 p.m.: E. Main Street. Police arrested Beatriz Ramirez, 36, of Pawtucket, R.I., and charged her with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Tuesday, July 5
1:56 p.m.: Filmore Drive, assisted the fire department.
3:12 p.m.: Taunton Avenue. Police arrested Jeffrey Andrews, 26, of Stoughton, and charged him with over $250 in malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $250 and receiving less than $250 in stolen property.
5:33 p.m.: Newcomb Street, vandalism. Caller reported her rear driver's side window was smashed and the rear driver's side tire was flat.
6:12 p.m.: Pleasant Street, Attleboro, motor vehicle accident hit and run.
10:41 p.m.: W. Main Street. Police arrested Misael Contreras, 25, of Attleboro, and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation.
