Norton Police Log: May 16 - 18

The following information was supplied by the Norton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, May 16
10:52 a.m.: Bay Road, breaking and entering of a residence through the bulkhead. House up for sale, bulkhead damaged.
11:50 a.m.: W. Main Street, domestic disturbance.
12:01 p.m.: W. Main Street, vandalism of mailbox. Also having an issue with high school students parking in the driveway and fire lane.
1:07 p.m.: Fuller Drive, fraud/embezzlement. Someone opened a credit card in reporting party’s name.
8:26 p.m.: Wilbur Street, fraud/embezzlement. Report of identity theft.

Tuesday, May 17
10:42 a.m.: W. Main Street. Police arrested Susan R. Sisson, 58, of Farm Lane, and charged her with a crosswalk violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
11:48 a.m.: W. Main Street, breaking and entering of a building. Caller reports the pool building was broken into, some items stolen.
1:44 p.m.: Mansfield Avenue, motor vehicle accident hit and run. Caller reports there are witnesses there.
8:07 p.m.: Howard Street, larceny. Passing motorist states he had a GPS stolen from his
vehicle. Β He is unsure if it ocurred while it was on Howard Street or in the Trinity lot. Β 
11:36 p.m.: Pine Street, motor vehicle accident. Caller reports car into tree. Transport to Rhode Island Hospital.

Wednesday, May 18
3:56 a.m.: Old Taunton Avenue, vandalism. Eggs thrown in driveway.
6:35 a.m.: Richardson Avenue, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Caller reports two unlocked vehicles were entered overnight, nothing appears to be missing but some items were found on the driveway.
6:43 a.m.: Richardson Avenue, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Walk-in reporting five Β unlocked motor vehicles were entered overnight, change and money missing.
7:59 a.m.: Richardson Avenue, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Caller reports that two unlocked vehicles were entered overnight and an iPod was taken.
10:39 a.m.: Elm Street, fraud/embezzlement. Walk-in reporting possible credit card fraud. Reporting party will bring in paperwork from credit card company when he receives it.
2:38 p.m.: New Taunton Avenue, motor vehicle accident hit and run.
4:03 p.m.: Fordham Drive, general disturbance. Fight, peace restored.
