Norton Police Log: Nov. 5 - 11

Saturday, Nov. 5
1:52 a.m.: W. Main Street. Police arrested Ryan W. Leeds, 21, of Fairway View, and charged him with speeding in violation of special regulation and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
12:43 p.m.: N. Worcester Street, motor vehicle accident. Caller reports a vehicle turned into Eisenhower and backed out without looking. He swerved to avoid the vehicle and ended up in the back yard and struck a tree stump. Vehicle is unable to be driven. Vehicle towed.
1:36 p.m.: Pleasant Street, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.
2:52 p.m.: W. Hodges Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Jewelry missing. Police on  scene taking photos and retrieving evidence.
4:44 p.m.: W. Main Street, shoplifting. Manager is attempting to detain him by speaking with him.
5:04 p.m.: W. Main Street. Police arrested Alejandro J. Hernandez, 19, of Boston, and charged him with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
11:11 p.m.: Keith Drive, vandalism. Caller reports a vehicle just dug up her lawn and damaged it.

Sunday, Nov. 6
12:18 a.m.: Keith Drive, vandalism. Caller reports a vehicle has now come back twice and turfed her neighbor.
1:26 a.m.: E. Main Street, assisted Mansfield Police Department in search of a vehicle for domestic disturbance.
6:53 a.m.: Keith Drive, vandalism of lawn by vehicle.
9:57 a.m.: Charlotte Avenue, larceny of a digital camera from vehicle.
10:07 p.m.: S. Worcester Street, larceny. Caller reports his employees just informed him that there was a motor vehicle in the lot that left when they got there. They then found an open trailer in the back and larceny of aluminum.

Monday, Nov. 7
2:05 a.m.: W. Main Street, suspicious condition. Caller reports finding a syringe and request someone come pick it up.
7:01 a.m.: E. Main Street, motor vehicle accident with less than $1,000 in damages.
7:59 a.m.: E. Main Street, motor vehicle accident.
8:38 a.m.: Reservoir Street, suspicious condition. Caller reports female in the street screaming and throwing things at cars.
12:54 p.m.: Pine Street, illegal dumping.
6:35 p.m.: Codding Road, trespassing.
10:50 p.m.: W. Hodges Street, assisted Attleboro Police Department for breaking and entering of a residence.
10:51 p.m.: Codding Road, larceny of a modem and router.

Tuesday, Nov. 8
7:33 a.m.: Pine Street, motor vehicle accident, van versus tree. Damage to guard rail.
7:36 a.m.: Old Colony Road, larceny of $130.
8:07 a.m.: E. Main Street, assisted the fire department with gas leak.
9:50 a.m.: Faith Way, vandalism of a tire. Believes it was punctured by a neighbor.
12:08 p.m.: E. Main Street, motor vehicle accident hit and run.
9:54 p.m.: Old Colony Road, assisted Attleboro Police Department with hit and run.
11:07 p.m.: Commerce Way, general disturbance. Caller reporting construction noise. It has been going until approximately midnight the past few nights.
11:24 p.m.: Chauncy Street, assisted Mansfield Police Department for robbery.

Wednesday, Nov. 9
10:17 a.m.: King Philip Road, assisted the fire department for hand laceration by chainsaw.
10:43 a.m.: Dean Street, assault.
11:12 a.m.: W. Main Street, suspicious condition. Female from Norton Housing Authority reports a male resident outside, naked and looking in the window of the female. Transported male to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
9:17 p.m.: Summer Street, motor vehicle accident. Small fluid leak.

Thursday, Nov. 10
2:41 p.m.: E. Main Street, motor vehicle accident in a parking lot.
3:12 p.m.: Michael Street, trespassing. Items missing.
4:50 p.m.: Plain Street, motor vehicle accident. Bus struck by vehicle.
5:10 p.m.: Gaffney Farm Drive, breaking and entering of a residence.

Friday, Nov. 11
8:43 a.m.: King Philip Road, motor vehicle accident, car versus deer. Heavy front end damage and fluid leak.
12:27 p.m.: W. Main Street, verbal argument at parade.
3:12 p.m.: Spruce Tree Lane, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. GPS stolen.
4:05 p.m.: S. Washington Street, motor vehicle accident.
10:54 p.m.: S. Washington Street, threats left on answering machine.
10:58 p.m.: E. Main Street, motor vehicle accident, car versus deer.
