Norton will welcome historical presenter and re-enactor Pat Perry on Wednesday,
Sept. 18 at 3 p.m. Perry will resurrect Dolly Madison, wife of the fourth U.S.
president James Madison. Dolly helped define the role of the First Lady as we
know it today. All are welcome to attend this
