Police Log: Man Arrested in Second Drunk Driving Offense

Wednesday, Sept. 3

At 11:23 a.m., police reported a civil complaint on Danielle Street where a painting contractor had gone absent without official leave.

At 11:33 a.m., police reported fraud and embezzlement on North Worcester Street where a caller reported she received a call that said her grandson needed money in Mexico.

At 3:40 p.m., police arrested Andrew S. Pratt, 67, 113 Drinkwater Rd of Hampton Falls, NH, for disorderly conduct on Fernandes Circle.

At 3:52 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with property damage on West Main Street.

At 6:36 p.m., a juvenile male was arrested on West Main Street after police received a call reporting family members fighting. Caller told police he believed the male was hitting a family member’s head on a wall.

Thursday, Sept. 4

At 6:39 p.m., police arrested Kevin A. Graham, 58, 108 Burt St., for a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, an open container, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Plain Street.

At 9:57 p.m., Robert F. Graf, 63, 121 Taunton Ave., was placed under arrest on a warrant on Taunton Avenue.

Friday, Sept. 5

At 9:58 a.m., police reported vandalism to a motor vehicle caught on videotape on East Main Street. Police reported a minor scratch on the driver’s side rear door and the video was not clear enough to identify those responsible.

At 2:02 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with injury on Mansfield Avenue. Both vehicles were towed from the location.

At 8:05 p.m., police reported an animal incident of a dog running loose that was struck and killed by a vehicle near East Main Street.

At 10:54 p.m., police reported a domestic disturbance between two males on King Philip Road. Callers told police the disturbance was physical and suspects were yelling and swearing at each other.
