Police Log: Man Hits Head and Loses Consciousness

Sunday, Sept. 7

At 2:30 a.m., police reported a missing person on West Main Street. The person is under at-home monitored custody and wears an ankle monitor. He was not seen since 11:30 a.m. At 3:06 a.m., the subject returned home after being out with friends.

At 7:16 a.m., police reported vandalism where a mailbox and trash barrel were damaged on East Hodges Street.

Monday, Sept. 8

At 10:25 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with injuries involving a gray Kia and a green Buick on East Main Street.

At 2:46 p.m., police reported low hanging wires down on John Scott Boulevard. The cable provider was notified.

At 6:08 p.m., police reported an emergency restraining order request on East Main Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 9

At 7:30 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with injuries where a black Ford Focus received front-end damage on Parker Street.

At 10:15 p.m., police reported an incident requiring Norton Fire Department assistance. A caller reported that her 78-year-old husband fell, hit his head and was unresponsive. The person was transported to the hospital.
