Police Log: Woman Arrested For Second OUI Offense

Friday, Oct 17
At 2:31 p.m., police reported a 15-year-old with an ankle laceration requesting fire department assistance on John Scott Boulevard.
At 3:13 p.m., police received a report of trucks creating a road hazard and blocking visibility near West Main Street and Cottage Street.

At 10:56 p.m., police reported a suspicious condition on South Worcester Street in which a caller reported a teenage male in a black hoodie and jeans drinking out of a paper bag and sitting on the curb. Police did not find the suspect.

At 1:57 a.m., police arrested Wendy Leigh Wiegand, 50, 8 Lincoln St., for a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation on Bay Road.
At 2:13 p.m., police reported a highly intoxicated male requesting rescue on West Main Street. The male was on a mixture of alcohol and prescription medication and was taken to the hospital.
8:13 a.m., police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on John Scott Boulevard.
At 5:00 p.m., police reported larceny in which a canoe and two kayak oars were stolen on Lantern Lane.
At 10:03 p.m., police arrested Justin A. Gilchrist, 27, 47 Drolet Ave. of Pawtucket, RI, for possession of a Class A substance, possession of a burglarious instrument and larceny under $250. Police received a call that Gilchrist was stealing scrap from a building on South Worcester Street.
Sunday, Oct. 19
At 6:15 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with an injury on Cross Street. A man struck his head when he crashed his car into a pole and was taken to the hospital.
At 4:49 p.m., police arrested Joseph G. Allison, 36, 136 Highland Street of Easton, for assault and battery on a household member, intimidating or influencing a witness, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and two counts of malicious destruction to property over $250. A caller reported Allison was intoxicated and wanted him removed from the residence on Village Way.
At 8:16 p.m., police reported a missing 16-year-old male on North Worcester Street. He was last seen at 3:30 p.m. and left in a small silver car with a female operator. At 8:40 p.m., the mother spoke to her son and he was helping his friendβs family move.
Monday, Oct. 20
At 9:16 a.m., police reported the death of a 52-year-old unresponsive male on Reservoir Street.
At 2:03 p.m., police reported a bylaw violation in which a subject in a white van possibly dumped couches on the side of the road near the tracks on Union Road. Highway patrol picked up the couches.
At 3:44 p.m., police arrested Michael M. Killion, 29, 10 Blue Sky Drive of Hingham, for trespassing on a property that had trespass papers against him on North Washington Street.
