Scouts Graduate from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts
Crossover ceremony held Sunday, February 13.

held a crossover ceremony Sunday, Feb. 13 at St Mary’s Parish Center in Norton.
William Whynacht, James Valentine, Michael dePont, Ryan Eykel, Brendan Blake, Gregory Golden, Eugene Marsolais and Dylan Moreau graduated from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts.
In addition to completing all their Webelos requirements, William Whynacht, James Valentine, Michael dePont, Ryan Eykel, Gregory Golden and Dylan Moreau also earned Cub Scouts highest honor, the Arrow of Light.

The Pack also thanked the boy’s den leaders Larry Valentine for his seven years of service to Scouts, and Finnian dePont for his five years of service as well as retiring Cubmaster, Walter Eykel for his 11 years of service.
The boys were welcomed into Boy Scouts by Troop 61 Scoutmaster Joe McFarland and Senior Patrol Leader, Rhys Bodner as part of the crossover.

Pack 61 has a busy spring and summer planned. They just returned from a sleepover at the Boston Museum of Science. Next month, the Pack’s Pinewood Derby race will be held. Other activities include the annual spring campout, field day, hikes, summer camp and more.
